He didn't say by when but he did say Strong was extremely excited about the Mizzou offer and, in fact, may commit sooner rather than later.

Does Alec Murphy play LB on Nixa HS team? I would love to get him and Strong from ESL. But let's face it he is not the "mold" that are Missouri RB's.

Seems like ofodile, lock, and hentges are a package deal? If they are I guess it's a good thing that two of three fathers went to mizzou.

I wouldn't say package deal yet. Yesterday was the first time Hale met Alrx and Drew. I think they feel confident about Alex and Drew so they put the two with Hale. They all had a great time.

I think Mizzou is trying to sell them as a package deal. Not a whole lot different than how they sold Mauk and DGB on how great they can be together.

The recent free powermizzou article says all 3 met in the eighth grade thru AAU bball and have been friends ever since. None have said they are a package deal though AFAIK.

Nope, I'd agree. There is nothing anywhere saying that the kids have said they are a package deal. I simply think MU is trying to sell them on how they can make history at Mizzou if they come in as a package deal, all 3 of them being from Missouri.

I'm told the Moten kid, St. Louis RB is a stud. Family moved to St. Louis before last season so May not have the hype he would normally get. Got an offer during Jr Day. A lot of very good RBs in the region.

I don't mind stocking up on RBs, especially if they can handle short passes as well, like a Marshall Faulk. Of course, we need to stock up on linemen and LBs too.

Also, not sure if it was mentioned but Alex Ofodile hopes to make his decision by August. On their visit, Andy Hill took Hale, Alex, and Drew separate from the rest of the group to show them the wall of Mizzou All Americans, most of which were Missouri born. They don't sound like a package deal but the idea of playing together seems like something they are all intrigued by.

Thanks for your efforts. Signing day is a long way off but there is "top notch" talent in state and on the boarders. Next recruiting class could be something special.

Just by locking Missouri down we could have for 4* players at key positions. That alone would make for one of the better recruiting classes in recent memory.

Lock's tape is impressive, Good size with a good arm and touch. Sees the field well and is accurate for only a junior. He will put on size as he gets older. He has some mobility as well and is not afraid to take on a defender. I think he will attract other top Kids to join him. He would be a big part of the domino theory. This looks like a year where many of the top HS players are big Mizzou fans.

Does anybody know how Nate Strong is doing in school? I'm just asking.
Seems kind of odd that he would be raving about Mizzou, and an ESL tweet of him being a possible early commit, yet our first commit is a RB, but not Nate Strong, and in the meantime, more RB offers go out.

Think John Moten (Burroughs RB) needs to be added to the offer list. I think he's a 2015 class. Haven't looked it up and gotta run right now.

I think its more of the lsw pipeline then anything when and if strong commits trust me we are takn him.lol
