Warren is probably mine. He's almost the forgotten commit. No one brings him up. When Bama fans where picking him as a player from another team that they'd like to have landed, it really piqued my interest. So it's between Warren and the JUCO Cuellar for me. The lines are just so damn important that I'm truly curious about how Cuellar will fit into the mix next year.

no doubt, but it is your time to waste...

"Develop" yes, "draw", no not really, not enough Richardsons or Ealy's to come close to that claim really, if only it were true.

sure why not, meanwhile while your at it, you could point out to Pinkel just how weak his recruiting is and always has been and how desperately he needs to hire a "recruiting" specialist that might teach him and the rest of the staff how it's done.

Top 5 in wins in the last eight years.

Pinkel does fine in recruiting.

no wins over top teams.. not really that good at all.

take away the sugar coating and candy azz stats and do real analysis, but that stuff is fine for your "does fine" stuff, it means absolutely nothing in regard to tangible results of beating top teams.

Over last year and this year, we have 4* commitments from QB, OL, WR, RB, LB, and DB. During that time our DL has the best product to sell. Based on those results, an argument could be made Coach Kul is our worst recruiter. Since we need to drop the dead weight recruiters, who would you replace Coach Kul with?

What do you define as top teams?

Again, you can try to downplay what he has done but you just end up looking like a fool. As always.

According to Rivals he choose Mizzou over Ole Miss and Tennessee. I thought we had moved on from him tbh, but he has good film and seems like another Marcus Murphy.

HUDL

PM is also saying Mizzou still wants at least one more tall receiver and/or TE. I'm thinking this class will be bigger than we've all thought. Sounds like we are trying to cash in on back to back SECE titles. It also means we are going to see several guys transfer out who are currently buried on the depth chart as we're slightly over the 85 limit already with lots of guys still on the board for this class.

No film watch but just judging from his profile on Rivals, you're right, he seems like another Murphy.

4.48 speed. That's damn fast. 5'8" and 174 lbs.

That's 2 pretty small WR's. Would like to see some size at the spot. Having said that, this guy seems to have a burst when he wants it to outrun angles or get through holes before the close. Like it.

How'd the Justin Smith visit go? Isn't he the 6'7" kid that was in this weekend?

The thing that kind of worries me about him, besides his height, is that he is cocky. That can be good and bad but when you're high-stepping to the endzone 20 yards out with defenders right behind, bad stuff can happen.

Smith told Rivals the visit was a "10" and that he loved everything about it. He said he was going to think about it and was planning on still taking the NC State visit to compare the two. Now with one of the final 2 WR spots being filled it should put some pressure on these guys to commit. Mizzou could have told him he couldn't commit yet as well, depends on how good of a shot they think they have at Pinkney/Martin/Hentges or someone else. The next 2 weeks should be exciting.

Also, Odom convinced Henson to take another look at JJ and he's the reason we took a commitment from him. Dude can flat run, check the film, he just leaves kids in the dust, and Melrose is a big time HS in Memphis too. I agree it gives us 2 small WR in this class, but with Lee getting kicked off we are now back to the 2 we wanted total at that spot anyways.

I was thinking the same thing about taking Lee's spot essentially. I had also wondered about Odom back when I saw Memphis I believe had offered him as well.

Personally, if you think they're good enough, you take them and work out the numbers still. We still need to add more DLine recruits too, in addition to hopefully Beckner. The numbers will sort themselves out. We already know Strong won't count as one against the number.

Martin isn't going to qualify by all accounts. I'd probably take Hentges regardless of the numbers. One, he's an instate. Two, you got him to flip from Bama and that will create a buzz about the program. It's one thing to steal a kid from Louisville. Different thing to do it to Bama. Doubt it happens, but would take him no matter what if the opportunity arises.

See? It puts pressure to commit early, I'm hoping we end this class with a bang, I'm tired of having to Google kids on signing day to see who they are.

I have us at 83. Still 2 spots before we go over. And that includes Strong, so really 82 at this point. Some have said Echard is on scholly but rivals isn't showing him as such. Neither does Morrison. Both of them, by my count agree that with the addition of Johnson, we are at 82 (not counting Strong). So 3 more spots before we have to start wondering who is transferring/graduating early and so forth. 3 more also takes us to 19. I think we'll finish at 21-22.

It's Franklin Agbasimere. I really like his film, I'm hoping for him and Hall as the two LB's.
