I don't know enough about the NCAA rules, but based on the interview, whether for pay or not, there is no doubt he is acting as an agent of the University. One doesn't have to be paid to be acting on behalf of another as far as I know. If so, I guess the thing would be, if the University can do it, he can do it. If the University can't do it, then he can't do it. I don't know.

Nate Howard interview. Maybe not the smartest kid. You'll laugh at one of his statements.
My take on this kid. Think he's still kind of put off that we really didn't pursue him early, but if we truly want him and put on the full court press then he will flip.

The highlights they played didn't impress me, he talked in the 3rd person about himself if I heard right and said on a scale of 1-10, the amount he's considering Mizzou is about a 4. He thinks the B1G is the best conference. I'll take him I guess, but I sure as hell wouldn't be wasting one of those huge arse steak dinners on him.

I've seen several schools do this on twitter. Technically, it's a violation but its impossible to enforce.

Elliott cannot recruit for tOSU, especially if he is not getting paid. If he has attended a game he is considered a booster. Any recruiting done by daddy elliott is a blatant violation.
Even if you are paid by the school, you aren't automatically eligible to recruit for a school.

I'd suggest just scrolling past any of his posts if they're too negative. He hasn't trolled, flamed or worse as far as I know. If so, flag it and I'll look. Lord knows I've been negative at times too.

On the positive side, 247 is really high on Cuellar. Believes will start at tackle and is All SEC and even AA caliber. They say best commit in the class.

Good to hear about Cuellar. Maybe CC of San Francisco becomes a Mizzou pipeline. I believe that was the JUCO that Sheldon Richardson played at before transferring to Mizzou.
