Good job from the Twitter mob. Hopefully that helps us get this kid and hendrix

That area is one we need to lock down. Small things like this will help with the 3* players. Winning will get is 4* and 5* players.

Paul Adams measured in 6'7 275 today.

After trading texts with 3* athlete Micquell Cotton, powermizzou writer Michael Gaio feels Mizzou would be in good shape as soon as they extend an offer. Get the feeling he could commit as soon as offered.

Offered 3* DE Harold Landry. He is a Boston College commit from North Carolina

4* QB Michael O'Connor will make his decision June 8th. ESPN projects it is between Penn St. Standford, Mizzou, and USF.

No problem. This website has kind of become an addiction for me lol. Thomas Richard and Paul Adams are driving to Mizzou on Sunday and have convinced 4* Tennessee Athlete Derek Barnett to join them on the trip. He stands at 6'3 270.Richard and Adams have been recruiting heavily and hopefully can land this guy for us.

PowerMizzou hinted that this guy impressed at the camp going on right now:
Freedom Akinmoladun
Good luck on pronouncing that last name. Staff told him he reminds them of Aldon Smith. He's 6'3, so he's actually little smaller than Aldon, but I'll take it.
This is highly speculative, but I thought it was still worth sharing. Rumors are going around that Rafe Peavey hasn't reaffirmed his pledge to Razorbacks since the new staff took over. Some have even said he made a secret visit to Mizzou recently. He's the #4 QB in nation according to Rivals (#132 overall). Since his family are all Razorback fans, I highly doubt anything happens.
Rafe Peavy Rivials Profile (like you even need it)
*Edited because words didn't make sense

Rafe would be a huge get. I could see him flipping somewhere if Arkansas has another disastrous year. And I was just reading about Freedom. Has solid size and a decent offer list.

I just read an article (maybe Dave Matters? Can't remember) that had a bunch of quotes. The article talked about how he's going to USCw and tOSU to visit. His quote was something along the lines of it would be dumb for him not to talk to them, that while he's still committed, it's only smart to keep his options available. He, himself, wasn't quoted talking about Mizzou, though the article did mention the fact that Mizzou had made an offer. I would bet he still stays at Arky but you never know.

I would like him to flip to someone even if it was not Mizzou. Him going to USCw would be fine. Just do not want arkansas to have him.

3* WR Terry McLaurin will make his visit to Mizzou on Friday.

Chris Murphy (3-star CB from Georgia) committed according to Keith Niebur from 247sports.com. This is a big commitment at a position of need. Still waiting for confirmation from other sources. Source
Was just on my way to post this lol good grab. Christopher Murphy

I really, really like to see this. I like making inroads like this.
My boyfriend says that first you have to get in the conversation. Then you have to get your hat on the table. Once you get there, you'll start getting the commits you want.
Seems like we're getting our hats on a few tables, and starting to pick up some players in key recruiting areas. This is the progress I have wanted to see.
ETA - I see he also had offers from a few other SEC schools. This is great for us. Now we have to keep recruiting him until signing day.

Darn.

Pete Scantlebury @PeteScantlebury Not sure where this rumor on Christopher Murphy committing to #Mizzou began, but he texted me to say it's false. Tigers still in good shape.

How have we not offered this Freedom dude; while Neb, Ill, and KState have?? They're reaching out all over the country, which is good, but my biggest wish for Mizzou is taking care of the in-state players that can play d1. No excuse to get beat by these other schools in offering a scholarship, we should be the first to offer these types of kids.
Read about that WR from Rock Bridge who is only a soph (Dad played at Mizzou and is head coach at RB). Guy looks like a d1 athlete, is putting up huge numbers, just offer the kid now and make a huge impression on him. They know they're going to offer him at some point, why drag it and lose out on the impression you could make.
