Don't fret. There's other quality RB's in Missouri. One to keep your eye on is in the St.Louis area. Markel Smith. He's 5'11" @ 210 lbs. He rushed for over 1,400 yrds. and 16 TD's last year and he's running well this year with 859 yrds. on 107 carries with 11 TD's. I think he was the RB that was kind of refered to as a Jones-Drew type.

I think he's a 2014 kid. I was talking to someone that goes to school with him and they kept going on about how he's just built like a brick house.

I don't think they were refering to his stature but his running style is close to Jones-Drew,meaning he's not easy to bring down. They referenced to defenders bouncing off of him...ala Jones-Drew.
Yeh 5-11 is close to towering over 5-7. But this kid is solid. Montee Ball? Maybe. I have'nt actually seen Markel run on film. I perceive Markel is a more physical runner. Just my take.

Fear the way the season is going will negatively impact some of the recruiting. We'll obviously get our numbers but the question is who will make up those numbers. Not winning a single SEC game has to hurt.
