I'm outta the loop on this whole Sheldon Richardson thing. Can somebody give me the cliff notes version?

Someone started a rumor, nothing to it.

Also I haven't heard much about Beisel lately. Anybody got any feel on what he is thinking?

Taking his time. We're in good shape.

Seen this?

quote:

Smith and alumni association CEO Archie Griffin, a former star running back for the Buckeyes, recorded a personalized video for football recruit Ezekiel Elliott for his official visit to Ohio State on March 31. Recruiting videos are prohibited by the NCAA. Elliott verbally committed to Ohio State as part of the 2013 recruiting class.

Thats a real good indicator Ezekiel should just come back home and play at Mizzou. OSU's gonna wind up in hot water again.......Come on back Ezekiel, you'll be totaly surrounded by 4 star Offensive lineman in the next two years. Sky's the limit on rushing yards.

The video was actually put on YouTube. As soon as that happened you knew that it would be reported eventually.

Doctors think I may have had a minor heart attack. So if I'm not posting much the next few weeks you'll know why.

In all seriousness...go vegan. Or at least 3/4 vegan. It will save your life. And I promise there are great vegan foods/dishes to eat out there. Three people, including myself, had drastic changes in 3 months. Uncle had really high cholesterol, was taking so much medicine for it that it started hurting his liver. He went vegan, cholesterol dropped, no more meds. A friend was severely diabetic,3 insulin shots a day, weighed over 300lbs...went vegan. No longer diabetic (pancreas will always be susceptible though), got down to 200lbs. My cholesterol had hit 170 (ate a lot of tuna and chicken), went vegan, down to 120. I run and work out a lot too, so I can attest to having plenty of protein and stuff with fruits, veggies and grains. Take care.

Thanks for the advice.

I'll probably go with a grilled fish/chicken and fruits/veggies diet. I weigh about 205 right now and would like to get it down to about 165.

It actually happened over a week ago. A lot of pain in chest and both arms. The pain lasted for about 20-30 min. I brushed it off and felt good last weekend. The pain returned Monday. It went away for a few days then returned Friday. I went to the ER after work and thats when they determined I had a minor heart attack.

thanks for the well wishes
