Also, for a good steak, go to Matts Steakhouse. And if you want really good comfort food, go to Country Bob's in St. James. My uncle Melvin cooks there.

Slice of Pie is the best pie in the world. I would like to point that out.

Alex's pizza tastes like every Greek pizza and steakhouse in Columbia. Of course the owners are all related.

What do you think about a youngster like Abbington. Guess hard to say being a freshman and I know he's stated he wants to play RB. Personally, I see too many Wingo comparisons in a certain way and would like to see him on the defensive side.

In my extremely unprofessional opinion...the kid wants to play RB, you give him some time there, see how he does. Make sure he knows who the starter is, presumably and hopefully Josey. IF he shows he can contribute at RB you gotta let him. But if it's gonna be a year, go to him and say look you can play right NOW on D, and with that frame you could shock some people. Time will tell...I think he winds up on D, just a matter of when

Don't think it was your screw up. It was initially just said as Wednesday and appears there was some confusion about which Wednesday and Zeke cleared it up that it's on the 6th.

Which has got me thinking. I hear what you're saying Stripes about what is being reported. Yes, he also tweeted or re-tweeted some pro-tOSU tweets. But tonight he re-tweeted a Markel tweet, talking about playing together again just like in junior football.

Anyways, the thing that confuses me more than anything is why have a big display and ask everyone to come out for it if he's still going to tOSU. If he were staying with tOSU, why the need to have a press conference to "announce" your decision when that decision was "announced" nearly a year ago. Plus, he knows almost everyone he's asking to come out to his press conference is going to be a Mizzou fan. Why would you put it out there to the public, in a Mizzou town, to come to your "announcement" and create what will be a hostile environment if you stick with tOSU. I don't know. Maybe grasping at straws but it just doesn't make sense to me.

Valid points, I just dont think he is really considering loyalty to us. I just feel like he is doing it so that his family and classmates can see him. I hope you are right though. Now, I am not saying its 100% OSU, I just dont know if it was a factor.

I hear what you're saying about his friends and family being able to see him. Is it common to have the big press conference type announcement if that announcement was already made 10 months ago? Maybe I'm reading too much into him putting it on twitter. Maybe it was directed more to his family/friends and not the public at large because otherwise he's asking to hear boos at his announcement if the place is full of Mizzou fans. Again, that just wouldn't make sense to me. Loyalty aside, I'm just having a hard time grasping those 2 things if it's still tOSU.

I hope yall are right, I just think he wants a ceremony in front of family and friends. Not really thinking out of loyalty to us, whether he picks us or not.
