We could do something like they are doing on the OM board, i.e. draft two rounds and then have one person from each team discuss who the top 8 should be, and go from there. At the very least, we should have another round to have back-ups in case some of them have "slip-ups"

What if each group numbered (1-8) the already selected posters and the one with the highest avg took the gold? This would indeed give due credit with everyone's input directly affecting..

I say we all argue on 2 more posters to pick. No more teams. Just whoever wants to nominate someone nominate them and then we openly discuss and vote on it.

Reggie is a good poster. He just sucked during recruiting but that goes for pretty much all of us
