I know it sucks to take a step back but let’s take an honest look, last year he didn’t have his players and the offense just couldn’t click. This year the offense has been better with more of his players but are very young. Our defense this year was very young especially with the suspensions.

Joe is recruiting well. Players seem to back him. Having a lot of young starters could explain a lot of the penalties and lack of discipline.

I know we are sore over losing Mullen who had us in a good place but fact is Joe has gotten us to 2 bowls, beaten our rival twice, is recruiting well, and has an entirely different scheme that will require 3-4 years of his players to see if it really works at a high level.

If we win our bowl we get 7 wins and honestly that 6-8 win was the average under Mullen. It’s no legit reason to fire him.

I say give him next year and we need to go 7-5 or better to get another year for him.

No. I refuse to accept mediocre and undisciplined play, lack of effort by coaches & players, & let excuses that were caused by a lack of player accountability get used. Or allow beating an awful team to determine whether a change should be made.

No person that the wants to compete at a national level for our program should sit back and accept this complete middle finger to our fan base by Joe Motorhead and this Administration. I'm completely through with this program until a change is made. I'll put my little money where my mouth is. This man has repeatedly talked down to us and our fans like we are stupid and I refuse to support that arrogant prick ever again.

Looks like we're being forced to whether we want to or not.

Unreal.

Yep that last press conference was basically him telling us he didn't give a shite about us.

So why should I give a shite about him.

I will say he is an arrogant prick, Mullen was too but Mullen was a prick to everyone else and had a way of firing up our fans. Moorhead doesn’t excite the fans at all he tends to piss them off which is probably the number 1 reason people want him gone. His actual results while not great aren’t terrible either for a new coach at an average program trying to put in a new system

The frustrating part is watching us lose to teams like KState, Tennessee, and looking weak against A&M. We have to get more physical and have more sound fundamentals. I'm on the fence to be honest. I believe our school is the type that needs stability and not a high turnover in the coaching department. However, if we win 2 of the 3 mentioned above, this is a totally different attitude from our fanbase.

But to compare records of what Mullen did to know is really apples and crabapples. Mullen was doing it when the West was totally stacked. The hard part for Joe will to be win back the crowds and that will only be with winning.

He will be here at least another yr. Then it will depend on the year he has. His trend is down and must stop. If next yr. is 5-7 or worse, then good-bye.....
