Outsiders thoughts

Since I picked you to place 2nd behind us, I thought I would give my thoughts as if you needed them. :)


1- I saw no concerns with Fitz except his mind. He was "careful"

His passing was bad, but the WRs are open. I think his passing will be enough to keep defenses honest and open the run.

2- Hill was beast except in blocking and that's huge in that system. I saw him pull up on a block where Fitz kept it. That guy made the tackle. His pass blocking is not up to par and those thing will show up against LSU, the Barn, and Bama.

I also think Hill benefited from the new system in yards. That system is nice.


The question I have is why is Williams not playing. He seemed to be the over all back and he bruised our guys last year.


3- OL.... Can see some issues that appear to be caused by learning a new system. Had some flashes of greatness and some flashes of lost. Over all they played well.


4- DL- All it was expected to be and I saw a great amount of rotation with little to no drop off.


5- LBs... Lewis seems to have come on strong. The others look good. Any concerns with depth?


6- DBs- Did their jobs. Still not tested imo.


7- STs... What's wrong with your kick off team. Put the ball through the endzone!


I still stand by my 11-1.
