Appreciate it

Flattop Freddy played great last night. I had some Ravern flashbacks. Sword, Ware, and Bortchert also played great.

I really believe that our guys have bought in and we have turned the corner and have some momentum to build into next year with.

Looking back now we could have also beat LSU and A&M at home this year.

I don't remember Ravern actually playing defense.

Looking back though, with 1 or 2 more players we probably won 4 or 5 more games this year.

Agreed. I talked to my dad after the game and he said State looked like a TEAM. He did mention Thomas taking a bad 3 when we were up 4 but said his TEAMmate bailed him out with a put back.

I just hope Coach Ray will be able to bring in some players in the future. Our core nucleus seems to have bought in. I'm looking forward to healthy Steele, Lewis, Davis and Applewhite more than our Freshmen.

I think we will be NIT-bound next year

PG- Davis, Ready. Bloodman
SG- Sword, Steele, Applewhite
SF- Flat-top Fred, Sword
PF- Borchert, Johnson
C- Ware, Lewis

Depth, better shooting, experience...easier OOC

We're gonna be ok

Don't forget the Daniels kid. He will likely push for PT at the 3 and 4 spots.

Have you even seen his stat line Bundy?

Yeah he's not the shooter Borchert is, but he is better than you give him credit for. He's averaged 11.4 PPG shooting at a 51% clip overall, 30% from 3,
and 70% from the FT line. For a 6'8 3/4 that's pretty good numbers. He's 2nd on his team in steals and is the leading rebounder. He doesn't foul a lot, just over 1 a game. He's not an overly talented player, but from the looks of it, he does things right. He hustles, I noticed that when I saw him play sparingly his freshman year. He's probably a more polished Roq, ala Brandon Vincent type player.
