Well, don't even ask about buying. I sold a 2200 sf house in Burlingame for $410K in 1992. I saw it listed last year for $1.3M. It isn't even that nice of house. The lot is 11,000 sf, and it was listed as "huge wooded lot". I moved out to Blackhawk at the time.
Where is Blackhawk, you ask? Good question. Do you know where Oakland is located? Blackhawk is east of Oakland about twenty-something million dollars.

I give all sorts of benefits to new recruits that want to play in Tinseltown. Blondes that want to party need cash benefits as well. I don't want them going to bed hungry... or sober... not in this day and age when we can prevent such needless tragedies.
