What a complete shite show of a search. This guy is a great baseball coach but a terrible, terrible AD. So far in his time at the head of the Athletic Dept he missed on a baseball coach and a football coach (big time with both) and now this shite show. Time to show him the door.

I got the feeling Cohen didn’t want JoMo gone and was more from the president and to boosters. Not trying to defend him but it hasn’t been a week yet and if he was forced at hand then he’s at least trying to get people... I just feel there is a lot more to this than what we know VS what we think we know.

In a week if we are sitting in the same boat then yeah... I’m with you

He really looks incompetent with all of this. MSU deserves better than this

I agree on the football coach, but I don't see what the problem is with his baseball hires. He could not have known that Cannizzaro would do that, and Lemonis looks like a good coach.

Canny was still on his watch and he is response for that. Moorhead well I don’t need to tell y’all. I was the first one on here calling for him to be fired.

We've turned into Tennessee. Could've all been avoided by firing him in November like every rational MSU fan said

Sure still on his watch but I dont blame him for it. We are in good shape to make 3 consecutive CWS.

I'm glad baseball is somehow in the best shape it's ever been. But we are lucky af that it is considering the mess we created with that Cann hire.

Funny I've heard some people on here what a young unexperienced LSU coach again for this football hire. And that's Joe Brady. Hes Cann part 2 if we aren't careful.....

Cohen wanted Joe gone as soon as after the loss at Tennessee, but the move would obviously have to wait until year's end.

Keenum wouldn't allow the fire after the Egg Bowl victory because when it comes to athletics he is hyper-obsessive about being better than Ole Miss, more than anything.

I agree that this falls on Cohen's arse because we should've already had some fish on the lines when we announced Joe was fired, but I think we might have the bigger problem of Keenum being overly involved in hires and fires.

So why do we even employ Cohen if Keenum acts as AD?
