I think we are all wrapped up in our own team's success and the great pub that we are getting for the mutual success. There is no doubt that the sports story so far for 2014 is Mississippi... not MSU... not Ole Miss. If only one team was having success, it would be a good story. Coupled, it is a great story.
I don't know about you fellers, but I would be happy to see the story have legs for a few more weeks. Even if you hate the other school, the success of both is a good thing for your program.

If both teams take care of business or perhaps get some good fortune over the next few weeks, the animosity will grow exponentially. If this year's EB decides who goes to Atl, the circle jerk, kumbaya bullshite will be out the window. Families will be torn apart, marriages ruined, property damaged, dogs kicked, chandeliers broken etc.
And it will be glorious.

Everybody is nice and polite in a room full of guns. Situations to begin shite talking statewide:
1. ONE school to lose this weekend and the shite talking starts.
2. Both teams lose, but you fall to aTm so we're "automatically better than you"
3. Both teams win and Arkansas beats Alabama
All this positive energy is just going to burn brighter, hotter, faster and louder in the end when it erupts and you know this.

I think both teams are standing on their own merits. The fanbases online and other places are having fun because the media and others have lumped us together and it drives them crazy.
