I know. I was sitting there watching while we had the 14-3 lead going something bad is going to happen. Just that pinch you feel sometimes. Many opportunities wasted but the biggest blessing of the night was when they kicked the extra point instead of going for two to make it 21-20. I think that was BG's mullen moment that let us escape with the win.

From here on out, it will depend on which team shows up. If it's the one from last night, I see 0-6 the rest of the way with the only win possibly coming with KY.

Are you saying that TR should be rushing it 10-15 times? B/c that's what it looks like. I'm just checking to make sure you're saying/suggesting TR rush it 10-15 times.

I am saying he needs to run the option plays 10 5o 15 times per game.

Ok i'm really done getting my jimmies rustled by darkhorse after the dumbest statement i have ever read on the board.

I had to ask to make sure that what he meant.

Why do you find that to be dumb?
Posted on 10/14/13 at 10:13 am to darkhorse
Cdawg was trying to clarify what you were trying to say. That's how dumb it is.
I think Darkhorse is Requiem screwin with us.

I hope that he is just someone messing with everyone. I was hoping he was actually sorantable for a while.

I kinda hope he's real. The mental image of some stubborn 60-70 year old man arguing with people on the Internet is kind of adorable.

Nowhere near that age...
Second, I will challenge any of you to disprove what I said.
1- Dak is not a dual threat. He's completing less than 50% of his passes vs ranked and sec defenses. Only our fans believe that he is.
2- Dak is being shut down in the 2nd half due to that.
3- Russell is completing 70.7% of his passes.
4- Russell is running the ball effectively now that we are actually calling those types of plays with him in the game. Case in point, LSU. 2 rushes, one went for 15ish. That set up a deep pass to wilson were the safety bit on a fake option read.
We have tried (due to injury) Dak out as that dual threat. If what I am saying is true, he has failed. Why continue? Why not allow Russell those snaps and allow him to run?

Russell wouldnt survive one game doing that.

Why dont teams just load the box vs Dak in the 1st half?

3 drives vs Bowling Green for Russell- 2 punts
3 rushes- 3 yards

You don't know that. You assume that. He has had 1 concussion. That's all.

Answer the questions. You won't because what I am saying is true. Answer the question.

Yes he is. He needs to be allowed to run it more.

He had 2 knee injuries in 2011
He stopped running in 2012 and survived
Concussion in 2013
He cant handle running the ball

Again, answer the questions. Or have you not figured a way to twist what's going on?
