I had no idea on that...

Saw where Newman seems pretty fired up about it on twitter...

Yeah, he was apparently going to wait until NSD to commit, but once he found out he would be able to graduate early, he decided to go ahead and commit now.

I'm surprised no one else is making a bigger deal about this.

Think that's just because it was so expected...

The crazy thing is that next week could be basically just as big as this week.

It goes halfway according to plan, and we will surpass our NSD point total from last year in the second week of June...

Sure did, +5 but minus two flips, puts us at 16 according to 24/7, and we can sign 28-31 this year.

Since some of you didn't say anything about it in the last page or two, the general reaction when Linton and Johnson initially committed to us was "Why are these suspected OM leans committing to us so early in the process" and the attitude with the way they were tweeting going into the weekend was "Just flip already". Both were expected, but Freeze likely had to pull the trigger early because of our first four commits.

I know Leo Lewis is on campus but I'm guessing we still have no realistic shot?

Dunno why he'd bother showin up if we truly had no chance...but I'm not pretending it's a great chance either...

Not really worried ab lb either way tho...I suspect many will feel similarly as we get to see Dez Harris and Gerri Green on the field...
