Someone tell me about the kid y'all got from Clinton. That's my alma mater but I haven't lived there in 8 years. I graduated with Ontario Harper and was in high school with Dontae Walker.

There was a big bust in the late 80's where several car salesmen took the fall for a ring in Brookhaven. Apparently, the salesmen were taking "customers" for test drives and distributing to dealers in the region. Oddly, the top guy never missed a beat and is still a pillar in the community.

State could be in a great position to land Broderick Shaw. Alabama offered him last weekend, but word is that his offer is as an athlete, not RB. Bama is taking 2 RBs in the 2015 class and already has one committed. Shaw may not want to play another position at the next level.
He's a beast too. I'd much rather see him go to State than end up in Auburn.

Harris? As I understand he's a 3* through and through. Haven't really heard anything super optimistic about him.

He's a big strong kid 6'5" 270. Likely redshirts and hopefully develops into his frame and becomes a DT. I know ole Harp known him ever since going to MC baskeyball camp back in the day. Clinton was a great school back in the late 90's early 2000's. Shame how bad Dontae turned out. Not sure if you saw the pic of him speaking to kids but he probably weighs 400lbs now.

I don't know all of the details but you are correct and I have heard different stories about this.
