So, Ray's got a diamond shooter on campus who would be a late signee for the 2014 class... From 2A school in Georgia, has no recruiting profiles that I can find, just a video on youtube of him hitting eleven 3's in a game.

Yeah I saw that yesterday. Don't know what to make of it, other than if he can shoot we desperately need that.

What do yall think about Jmar Smith from Meridian. I think he's very similar to Dak just a little smaller.

Another QB I like is Brady Davis from New Hope who is transferring to Starkville HS for his SR year. He could really blow up playing with the athletes that SHS has.

I think we should go after him because we need a QB. I think he would be a decent SEC guy but not Dak like. He does not have the running ability that Dak has. I know a few people from Meridian and no one is overly impressed.

Same. I think J'Mar is our QB in this class...
Wouldn't put it past Minshew accepting a preferred walk-on spot to go along with a full academic scholarship to MSU. We are where he wants to be...

The only game I got to watch Meridian play last year was the game they got skull drug by Oak Grove. He was less than spectacular in that game. CJ Hampton didn't look all that great.

I just know Peters and Dear are supposed to make it this time. Hopefully Patterson as well...
Anyone else thinking we get another couple of commitments this weekend? Would love for one of the OLs to go ahead and get in the boat...
