We need Peters to come in and be an elite safety next year.
I think that's what made our secondary so weak this year. Decent corners, terrible safeties.

The more I think of it, I think our conservative corner play is a direct result of poor safety play. I've been wondering all year why they didn't seem to have a nose for the ball, even though the same guys seemed to have had it in the past. I think they have been coached to play conservative because we have known our safeties weren't good.
Need Peters to come in and catch on fast. I think Court will keep him at weight, but we need him to pick up on the playbook and speed of the game extremely fast. Would have been great to get him or McLaurin on campus in January.

I miss "hit you so hard I knock myself out" Nickoe so much. One of my all time favorite State players, just too many nagging injuries.

That's why I think we need Peters to stay at Safety so bad.
We can fill Wells spot with someone else. It would pay much larger dividends to have Peters play safety.

While both are pretty good prospects, I don't think we are going to pursue either heavily.
Cooley will be playing TE without a doubt. I think we have plenty to fill that position. What are we up to, like 7 potential TE's now?
As far as QB goes, we will be going after Dak 2.0 from Pike Co. or somewhere around there. That kid looks legit and with a few years of grooming will be a perfect fit for us.
