He's likely going to be named Mr. Football in Alabama. No reason why he doesn't have four stars.

they'll be a lot of re-rankings in the coming months with senior tapes getting out and various all star games.

No reason for Mixon to not be a 4 star, honestly Gray is going to make a strong case for a 5 star too.

I think he should, but don't see Gray getting a 5th. I do think he'll get a bump to a high 4 though. Somewhere around 96-97 seems about right.

Apparently looking bleak on the Patterson front. Especially with him planning to do the hat thing. That has Bear odor all over it. Our commits very rarely play the pick a hat game when they commit to us. So, assuming we don't get him how do we stand with Rankin these days?

Seems odd to do the hat thing as Ole Miss has been the heavy favorite for his entire recruitment.

Guys I'm starting to think this season will have to be a complete disaster for Ray to get fired.
Which I am completely fine with. The talent he is bringing in isn't Stansbury level yet, but I think he may be able to get it there. He is relentless in recruiting. He puts in the time, that's for sure.

This doesn't need to be in the recruiting thread, but Western Carolina missed a wide open 3 with about 20 seconds left that would have given them the lead against Bama in T-town.
After the WCU game, I thought that we did OK, but really needed Chicken to make things go. After watching WCU again, I am now thinking that we did pretty well considering that we didn't have Chicken.
Until we got bored Monday night, we did some pretty nifty shooting.
We will know a lot more after USU on Saturday.

That Utah State - Vanderbilt package they are offering is pretty sweet. I would go if I did not have a wedding to attend on Saturday.
