Dude was pedestrian as hell statistically if we're being honest. One of the least inspiring JUCOs we've taken in a few years...

Although we badly need one more DE to step up. Think we've got 3 SEC quality guys coming back and a few diamonds that haven't shown anything yet...

contrasted with a 2* right up the road that just signed with South Alabama

and this one from Hazlehurst with no apparent offers

We will definitely keep him then.

exactly... When Mullen knows that a coach is leaving before it breaks, you would think he'd immediately go to guys that he was recruiting.

After reading comments from our recruits in the past, no I wouldn't think he would do that.

it's not as big of a blow as it will probably be made out to be on the message boards but still I would rather have him then not have him

Doesn't sound like he's going anywhere, just giving it a second thought. Collins makes a call and were all good.

Going off of his 247 page I would say Texas Tech or Arizona State.

With him being from Hazlehurst there's probably a reason that he doesn't have any offers. If I'm not mistaken the state took over the Hazlehurst School district bc it was so bad. Very likely this kid can't even pass JUCO or is in one of the vocational programs and can't transfer to a D1 school.

We all know the the classy people in Hazlehurst are products of Union Academy R.I.P.

I hear that Copiah has recruited a 7ft BIG from Australia.

Yeah, they have two Aussies. The big one is about 6'4". He can do it all. The game I watched, he hit like 6-7 3s and dunked. They are extremely fun to watch.

Sounds like CA basketball is back and bringing back memories the glory days of Pat Roper and the Woods twins.

ETA: Rod Delaney best basketball player in CA history. Played church league against him back in the day and he can hoop.

Haven't followed recruiting much this year.

Why did we do so terrible? Not even in the top 25 in Mullen's 5th year after making and winning another bowl game? What in the fricking frick

Mullen better make some magic happen next year to get recruits to buy into the program, or the #decline will hit us real quick
