Hopefully Mullen takes notice of what happened when Mizzou cut some dead weight.

With Taveze and Jamerson -- along with Cox, Redmond, and Jiles's improvements -- we've got some options at corner.
Really need to hold Deshea for at least one more year though
If we keep our defensive coaches, that D should be really solid next year imo.

Need to give Collins a 250k raise. That should not be a lot of money to any SEC school.

Yep...
A $250k raise and he's still middle of the pack in the SEC. What we're paying him right now is disgraceful.
LSU’s John Chavis $1.1 million
Alabama’s Kirby Smart $950,000
Georgia’s Todd Grantham $850,000
Auburn’s Ellis Johnson $800,000
South Carolina’s Lorenzo Ward $650,000
Arkansas’ Chris Ash $550,000
Missouri’s Dave Steckel $550,000
Ole Miss’ Dave Wommack $550,000
Texas A&M’s Mark Snyder $500,000
Kentucky’s D.J. Eliot $500,000
Florida’s D.J. Durkin $490,000
Tennessee’s John Jancek $470,000
Mississippi State’s Geoff Collins $325,000

Dan should personally donate $100k of his own salary to Collins.

and another 100k to get a special teams coach

Does he plan on delegating that out next season? Everyone recognizes that ST were a disaster last year.

Then we were predicted to have the best ST in the conference this year. Can someone find that thread? Pretty sure I let everyone know how dumb that was.

Well...we have solid punting. That's about it. Mullen will probably still trot out our shitty kickers next year. Does any other school have this much trouble finding a kicker? Jesus

Outside of the LSU kick Ritter has been unspectacular also I think Alabama would love a kicker right about meow

I would love to have a kicker that is kicking over 70%.

not really.

Our punt return yardage defense was #1 in the nation.

IF we got the punt off. Dropped one in the end zone for a safety. Had one blocked out of the end zone for a safety. Had one blocked in the end zone for a TD.
I would hate to see a list of the ST goofs that we made for the year starting with the missed FG against Okie Lite. That was the first clue. That thing was a chip shot.

Someone should put together a highlight reel to send to Stricklin. Set it to the Benny Hill theme song.

the one against A&M was not on Bell...the dude came through completely untouched.
the one in the egg bowl is partially on Sweedenburg for dropping it, but again, the guy that blocked it came through completely untouched, also the snap was a little low
Bell and Baker are both great punters is the point I'm trying to make
