Our recruiting needs to pick up, we need a commitment or two badly next weekend during the spring game.

Calm down Bundy... Last year we didn't get our first commit until April 3 and the next wasn't until june. We are right where we need to be, especially considering we are going to have a small class this year.

Everyone is killing us on recruiting right now. Can't you just wait until we actually get/don't get the recruits we are going after?

My question is why can't our staff get guys to commit early like Ole Miss, A&M, LSU, etc are doing right now. Hell Southern Miss has more commits than we do

Oh so you are saying that Southern is recruiting better than us? We have ten months, bro. And I will go ahead and let you in on a little secret. LSU, Bama, and Ole Miss will all have a higher ranked class than us.

It's a different approach, Al. Simple.
How many decommits have we had the past 2 years(this recruiting strategy as a result of 2011) in comparison to those schools? WAYYYYY less. It's because we make kids wait and be sure before we let them commit.
We will have 7-8 guys locked up after the first team camp in June. JUST like last year.

I see where you are coming from Engie but it really looks bad on paper. The fact that we only have one commitment and an average recruit at best in him. Ole Miss is landing recruits every week it seems.
