He had a State and OM offer.
He is one of the best all around athletes in the state. He will be Dandy Dozen.
FWIW he's a 88 on 247 which is almost a 4 star

A consensus top 10 player in the state. Look at his numbers as a HS qb...he's a tremendous athlete. Had he been playing CB, he'd have alot more offers. Confirmed he ran multiple 4.4s at State last week.
Would've had alot more offers if EVERYONE hasn't known he was State bound for years.
Same with Jake Thomas, who is next...

Just watched his video again. I guess the first time I watched, I was just thinking of him as a college qb. He definitely has some speed and instinct. I can't hate on this too much, but why doesn't he have offers?

Hard to judge local kids on their offers alone because sometimes they let it be known to coaches that they are going to their hometown school.
Brandon Allen was the #5 QB on Rivals in '11 and his only offer was from Arkansas. Going by his offers you would think he sucked most likely. However, in reality he grew up a huge Razorback fan and didn't want to consider playing anywhere else. His coach told a local reporter in a story on him that Brandon had instructed him to tell any other teams coaches that called that he wasn't interested.

This kid is a good one. He'll be a very good DB. Not sure if his hips are quick enough for corner but I thought the samething about Banks when he was moved there. Dandy Dozen for sure.
For those wondering why he doesn't have many offers it's because he's an athlete and those are a dime a dozen. Doesn't mean he isn't a SEC player, but lower end DD's in MS dont ever get OOS offers.
And Bundy please stop with these 40 times.

Way off topic but somebody told me Jeremy Liggens signed with Gulf Coast CC today due to grades. I'm really not sure if this is true from the guy that told me.

Agreed on this being why...
Jake Thomas is alot the same way... when he's a consensus top 2-3 OL in MS. If he was "open", he'd have 20+ offers just like Mix did. Some of these kids just really aren't playing the game and know what they want...

What makes you think Jake isnt "open"? So the guy who has committed to y'all is open, but they guy who hasn't isn't?

Thomas was also nominated for the Army AA game, so that shows you he is a top prospect right there.
