Not a smart decision by the staff in this case especially with Brewster getting these higher rated guys interested.

Why don't they just basically tell him to go to EMCC then come to MSU after 2 seasons? Would we have to count him?

Just did and man he was impressive. The way he moves and can run when the play is busted up in impressive to say the least. I would take either one Dobbs or O'Korn gladly

I agree. I don't think he pans out. Just tell him to go play JUCO and if he plays well we'll pick you back up. Signing and placing doesn't help us at all.

Bingo. I think signals are getting crossed on that one. Many of us have been told all along that his offer was a greyshirt offer. That's what I still expect IMO...

Anyone hearing anything about Jason Carr? I was hoping for some good news after we got his teammate Gray.

I don't put much stock into anything he says, but apparently Steve is saying his family likes State and he likes Ole Miss.
I haven't read any of this myself, but posters on 247 are saying Steve reported this on Genespage.
Just my personal take: I think he ends up at Ole Miss.

We are still trying to get him to OV. If he sets one up, we will be in the game...
As of last night, he hasn't talked to any of the UT sites since his OV there this past weekend -- and he's taking his OV to Alabama this weekend for the national championship parade... If he gets a committable to Al, it could get interesting..
