Ive only ever seen Stoops once on campus (aside from games) and it was by the engineering quad.
Theres not a lot I can do
On a side note, someone did get busted trying to steal an exam. They repelled down a vent IIRC but the prof was still there

The old steam tunnels were how you got the tests. Less conspicuous and a whole lot safer.
