-well, it'd be nice and would make posters more inclined to RA situations like this if we could get something added to the RA menu for 'suspected alter' or at least a 20 character text box to explain why we're RAing. Blows my mind that something that would take a few minutes and greatly improve the site continues to be ignored.

Also, why was auburnphan not banned for those horrible things he said about Mrs. Miles?

Quite a simple reason why he isnt banned for the most part: you read it = hits to the site = revenue.
