Why is there a ticket exchange board?

That doesn't necessitate an entire board. There are threads on the first page from last November.

and baseball doesn't require exchanging because they don't sell out

It's not a clickable link on the left side though. Same as the coaching changes board.
As cas4t said earlier, no one exchanges tickets for basketball and there is no need during baseball because there are always tickets available. So why have the board over there on the left? You could just retire it in November and then bring it back in August.
