Did your premium subscription not renew correctly?
Sometimes payment issues like that can cause unintentional downgrades when the system drops you back to standard membership
ETA: Apparently one of the Dhillip brothers (not sure which one) has almost fixed it. Says he's gotta run replace a few hamsters before doing a server reboot, then you should be good to go.
