Why are these still here when every thread about the Les Miles "scandal" was immediately erased? The sources of both stories were equally questionable.
Reasons?
Reasons?

In you defense can we just make an As The Plains Burn - Part Deaux thread to contain all these shenanigans at least.
TIA.

The other was some student at WKU with a twitter post, and it had already been debunked.

I still contend it was UKWildcatsFAN. No one believes my conspiracy theories.

Bro, one is a reporter with an article on ESPN.
The main reference in that article is the webpage of a disgraced former NYT and SI writer who fueled the controversy behind the Duke Lacrosse rape case. All the ESPN article does is summarize her article and add a quote from one of the players that denies everything.

I'd say she is just about as reputable as some rando from WKU.
My point is, in the case of the Les Miles scandal, that everything was deleted immediately even before it was debunked. If this had involved LSU, do you really think that this shite would have been allowed on the SEC Rant?

Not a very reputable reporter.

If there was an ESPN article about potential NCAA violations at LSU, it would be allowed on the SEC Rant.

What about before the ESPN articles? Back when the Petrino incident was just an unsubstantiated rumor, were those posts taken down? No. When there are baseless rumors about Auburn, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, etc., are those taken down? No.
If there are unproven rumors about an LSU player or coach, are those taken down?
There is the problem.

I don't know dude. There's no way you're ever going to convince me, genro, that the admins are not totally fair honest and just in everything they do. They have their reasons for everything and I trust them and would NEVER second guess them.
