Sheetbend

This guy tries to twist literally every thread he posts in into a discussion about Bama's schedule, whether or not the original topic had anything to do with scheduling or 'Bama.

At this point, it should be obvious even to those with room temperature IQs that he's simply trolling.

How yall let him get in your heads? The schedule issue is an obvious advantage for Bama at the moment. Accept it and move on.

The problem isn't so much him being in our heads -- or even accepting or not accepting the bridge schedule -- as it is the fact that he intentionally fouls up practically every thread he posts in with the same exact thing, and it's obvious that he's doing it in a deliberate attempt to spark (another (series of)) flame wars between 'Bama and LSU posters by belaboring a hot-button topic.

The thing is, he's being completely inappropriate about it. He's trolling.

I could see if he were confining his comments to scheduling threads, but he's deliberately attempting to sabotage completely unrelated threads by dive bombing them with the same shite over and over. If he sees even the tiniest opening for interpretation, there his arse is.

At some point someone has to finally say, "Enough is enough." He needs to go. This board sees enough flaming without someone intentionally trying to start more.

Nice post and I agree. But atleast admit the easier road for Bama.

Oh, it's definitely an easier road, and I won't be so dishonest as to say I'm not at least ambivalent in how I feel about it.

On one hand, I like championships.

On the other hand, I like good football games.

When our schedule is too easy, these feelings can be difficult to reconcile.

At the end of the day, though, yeah. I think Alabama should definitely have a more difficult East opponent. Since losing Tennessee isn't an option (for me,) I wouldn't mind swapping a Kentucky or Vandy date for Georgia or Florida... even if it meant possibly losing a game.

I can vouch for Sheetbend. We met down in New Orleans at the 2007 NCG when we took on his Buckeyes. Real nice guy. We spent the whole day before the game discussing the teams' itineraries and schedules.

If I made an alter, the last thing I would do is make one solely to talk about scheduling. And I don't think I'd have the patience to log in and out to conversate with myself lol
