what the gee dee em effin frick is this shite? First off, a throttle has nothing to do with "quality". It is 100% quantity. Which means youre throttling the good posters right along with the flippin idiots.
I come to the desk, pull up the 2-3 threads im following and reply to them all and then leave again for a few minutes. So have we decided that that's not an acceptable way to use a message board anymore? People that participate in multiple discussions at a time are no longer "quality" posters?

same. Nope. Kind of like the stop sign message you see when you post something in a thread that got whacked. except no actual stop sign. Just something about post quantity and quality.
How you been bro?

Only time I’ve ever gotten that message is when I accidentally hit the submit button more than once, or try to do a quick edit on a typo I see immediately.

I got it once when I bumped about 30 Arkansas flame threads inside of 5 minutes.

I just got this same notification this morning. My best guess is that maybe posters are selected randomly after a post is submitted and the post goes to an admin for review or something like that. I got mine on the Bama team forum.

quote:So the 'quantity' and 'quality' aspects applied in that case. Working as intended.
