Need help with pic and sig

Not sure if even possible but wanna give it a try. I've been a member on here for a couple of years and a lurker even longer and love the site. I only use an iPad and iPhone though and want to add a pic and sig but keep encountering road blocks. Do I have to have a pc/laptop to get what I'm looking for or is it possible to do so from an iPad. Thanks in advance

Yes, you can make & post sig pics and avatars with an iPad. In fact, I like using mine more than my laptop or desktop. Download photoshop touch to your iPad, and you can create most of the same things that you can with photoshop on your computer.

The picture has to be hosted by an appropriate image hosting site too so beware of that.

Yes, and I don't think imageshack is approved anymore, is it? I use imgur & photobucket, mainly.
