It's red hot as in "I can't stare directly at it or get to close."
Plastic surgery has been over the top for decades in LA but the new movement is women taking HGH (with or without the plastic surgery). Heard Cowherd last week on the radio say his wife just started it and has put on four pounds of muscle in a month. Like plastic surgery, a little probably goes a long way (especially if you combine the two) but people always think, well if a little is good . . .
