I'm talking about the team board admins only having jurisdiction over their team's board...
The SECR should be handled by the overlord admins like Ice and Rummy.

To be honest, I'm not sure why I was kicked off the Arkansas board.
But yes, an admin [edit: and other Arky posters] on the Arkansas forum had a problem with me highlighting Arkansas recruiting ranking on the SEC Rant and wanted to hold it against me on the Arkansas board which seemed rather silly since I was nothing but respectful on the Arkansas forum.
Hopefully the team board admins are sophisticated enough to tell the difference between competitive banter on the SEC Rant and respectful insightful conversation on their team forum.

Obviously not, and that's my point. Team board admins should not have any authority to kick people off their board unless they do a better job policing their own members that run amuck and repeatedly break forum rules.

As long as the team board admin can only suspend posters from THEIR board for trolling/flaming/post spamming THEIR board (not the SEC Rant), I don't see what the issue is.
Or just have the team admin bring the delinquent case to Chicken/Ice/Rummy/Circus to evaluate and they can ban them.
The goal is to not have trolling/flaming/spamming on the TEAM BOARDS.

fwiw hugo it wasn't just the admin that had a problem with it. There were a few Arkansas fans at the time that saw what you were doing on SECr and complained about it on the Arkansas board. The Arkansas admins apparently took notice and acted.
I just remember reading about people wondering why you were able to flame and troll Arkansas fans on the SECr but still have access on the Arkansas board. Next thing I know you had been kicked out

The idea of punishing a poster on the team boards for something they said on another forum is ridiculous.
I hope the guys and gals upstairs can understand this.
Everyone knows I'm not an Arkansas fan, why should I have to pretend to be one everywhere else on the internet just to have access to the Arksansas Board?
You know who does this kind of shite? Tidefans, and they are one of the most despised and worst message boards among Alabama fans because of it.

my understanding is if he is caught doing it excessively he will be kicked out with the swiftness. that goes for any of the people added to the Arkansas board. hg understands this and has said he won't do it, which remains to be seen...
