He has a serious troll/flame problem especially when it comes to State. Every thread he starts or participates in is a flame or troll job. We know he has been warned but to no avail. He makes every thread he participates in a shite show. It's time to drop the ban hammer.

bugapaintrain certainly has had his fair share of laming, and I've given him hell about it. He's sucked many time. But you started this thread over the PM/Cohen thread didn't you?
