Please release. Seemster didn't do anything wrong.
This whole Hole drama has lasted far too long. The best way to end it is to unban all perps including Coastie, Santa Claus, Rebelgator, Gary Busey, etc.

Small little retail spot I'm starting here in Vegas.
Been fighting a battle recently because Downtown Las Vegas (not The Strip, real downtown) has sucked for a while. I really want to go down there and help the revival, but everyone keeps telling me I'm crazy and doesn't want to help.
Had to spend a lot of time talking to government officials trying to get the real story about what's going on down there.
We have a billionaire injecting a ton of money into downtown trying to make it better, but he doesn't talk to the city about what he's doing, and the city doesn't know how to help.
fricking nightmare.
ETA: Don't want any of his money, just want to know where it's going so I know where the growth will be.

The odds are probably far too great, but I wonder if you could contact the billionaire? I guess it wouldn't be in his best interest to provide information to anyone.
However, someone other than the billionaire knows his plans for old downtown.
That would make me nervous too because there are so many things that could go wrong if you start a business in the wrong spot. shite, even future city street plans could spell disaster, for example if the city decided to put a median in the middle of the street limiting access to your store. Perhaps that already exists. I'm just making the point that there is a ton of risk if you cannot accurately analyze future city plans.
