Whenever you send me PM warnings, which unfortunately you've had to do quite a bit lately (I'm truly sorry), you refer to me as "Killz".
Would you consider changing my name to Killz since that's what everyone including yourselves refer to me as?
I don't think anyone would bitch about it simply because it makes sense.
Plus, I'd be willing to agree to never troll this board again if that happened. I guaranty you that I'd become a model poster.

Looks like it's used in banking a fair bit...I'm just going off what The Google tells me

I just remember seeing it used a lot in conjunction with real estate transactions and usually included in the name of a company that facilitates or services real estate transactions such as this one. LINK
