November 12-15. Very cheap hotels right now. This is possibly not for sure. Just a heads up. Just booked a room normally $235 a night for $35.

I just booked a room for the couple weekends being discussed free cancellation on the rooms!
As long as it’s the weekend after LSU Bama I would be willing to miss one LSU game for this !

I am starting to think the 2020 college football season is going to be very different than what we have come to expect.

Is that legal if you have a reservation? I think they are more than welcome to raise their rates but rooms already booked should remain the same right?

They said it was due to blocking all bookings because of the virus. But same nights are still up with the new prices. So I’m guessing no. It’s not legal.

I don’t think there’s any doubt about that.

I just got the same message. My booking was cancelled due to Covid 19 concerns.

That was the original plan. Schedule didn’t work tho with Open and Ryder Cup bring back to back.

Now the BIg12 commissioner is affirming our thoughts. If no vaccine by July, there could be no college football.

Former. I don’t think he’s been relevant since 09 and had lawsuits out against him. Lol.

Because it won't be played until fall, 2021?

Thanks for the info. I looked for Marriott room that weekend. $1499 per night, but used 50,000 points for two nights. Apparently they have not adjusted the points accordingly.
