If the game always ends up with Forsythe, Gouriage, Buchanan, Heggie and Delance playing, why cant it just start that fkn way??
At the minimum, I wouldnt mind seeing White take over for Heggie at RG

I agree as for as defensive linemen go LSWHO doesn't have the Brown's and Davidson's but LSWHO does have speed at defensive end something the line had trouble with at Kentucky.
But the same can be said for LSWHO they haven't seen any team like us on D with Greenard and Zuniga coming at burreaux.
This is the game where Wilson,Hendo,Stewart Dean,Elam,Stiner,Taylor need to make there mark as a DB unit

Gouriage played quite a bit yesterday. Unfortunately we put in White a few games back and almost got the QB killed. We have six OL folks. Mullen addressed it in a presser weeks ago that we were trying to get backups ready. Ol is the hardest position group in football...takes not just height and weight...but skills and footwork and the mental understanding of the play calls. We are lucky we haven't suffered an injury yet to one of our OL.
BTW Buchanan, when Mac was coach we had a transfer from Fordham...not Harvard...Fordham is a small school in the Bronx and IQs are not that high
we also had Fred Johnson who rotated at RT and although a monster at 6'7" 320 lbs...his footwork was not nearly quick enough to handle SEC pass rushers...he played RG for 2 seasons and just graduated.

Predicted every game? No you haven't you were dead wrong about both Miami and UK.

I predicted us to win every game up until this moment.
And look who was our starting QB for those two games.
The metrics have always been on our side, it was just finding an offense that can move the ball consistently. I predicted a win against Auburn and even said how we could do it. Ironically, the first touchdown pass was right down the pipe, just as predicted.

Just rewatched the aubbie game and my gosh Stone Forsythe (72) was terrible yesterday was the blocker on the play trask got hurt on should have been called for holding on that play 2 other holding calls that wiped out first downs did not even try to make the block on play that jones threw a screen to Cleveland on

Yep, he was awful. Like I was saying earlier: If you are a fat frick who can't even get a HOLD to block someone, just go sit on the bench.
They couldn't even fall on loose fumbles.
It's just unbelievable how bad this offensive line is.

The big uglies just aren't that good at the moment. I actually think they are playing above their ceiling. Just maybe they were so concerned with pass blocking do to our QBs that they put too little into run blocking.
It is almost as if they all need to go back to basics.
Just imagine this team with a good line.
Maybe it is mental they are beat down by our d line so much.

White is not better than Heggie...

Metrics I am a fan of as well, but they don't look quite as good vs LSU sadly.

I mean, the Perine run was pretty much luck. The LB hit the hole faster than the lineman did. How Perine was able to break it loose is beyond me. If the blocker had made his block, Perine wouldn’t have had to break that tackle.
Actually that's wrong...Heggie came out to the second level and did block # 33 Brit of AU, enough that Perine was able to slip past his left and head to a open field and shaking off 1 DB in route. Heggie's block wasn't great but squeezed Brit enough that Perine could slip past him. Perine didn't have to break a tackle if you watch the play.

Yea he had the correct block on that play and For pulled well. Perine did a great job not dancing and just hitting the hole like he needs to.

And you know this how??
Posted on 10/7/19 at 4:01 pm to dbuchanon
Watching them both play...
Posted on 10/7/19 at 4:26 pm to Gatorbait2008
Whites had like 20 snaps late in games with mostly run plays being called. Kid is a ppl mover from what I saw. If hes worse than Heggie, just fire everyone and start over. Heggie is lazy af
Posted on 10/7/19 at 4:27 pm to dbuchanon
Im not sayin Whites awesome, Im saying every play I see Heggie in, hes getting his arse whipped

Our whole line sucks man. I don't know why you think the back ups besides Gouraige will be any better
. I mean we are literally full of really bad line man right now. I can go off about Delance, For, Heggie all day..it's just hard to watch sometimes. Especially because For and Heggie have actually had a good game or two, but they are so hit or miss every play it's insane.
