You guys are more up on this than I am. I feel a player benifits learning a system and should be more comfortable in it with a year to absorb the information.

With that said who was able to redshirt and has a good chance to contribute next year?

DE Chatfield, DL Langham, OL Bleich (Ithink), RB Clement, WR Copeland, OL Gouriage, S Huggins, QB Jones, TE Lang, OL McDowell, to name ones I know. The DB Reese may or may not have played in too many games at special teams?

Chatfield & Gouriage are two that I have hopes of seeing produce.

To that end, is anyone expected to transfer?

We always seem to have a few leakers this time of year.

Check out Spivey and De la Torre’s stuff. I think they had an article on this a few weeks ago.

All I can find are articles for players that may redshirt none that say who did. Would the bowl game blow a redshirt? If it’s the 5th game that is.

What’s your take on RS’n? Like I said I’d like to see them all sit the first year. Learn the system and get a heads up on their studies. I think it would increase the graduation rate and maturity of the players. I know the players want to play now but a smart one would sit a year. To me anyways.

The four game redshirt rule is the best rule the NCAA hasn’t ever implemented. It allows guys to develop and get time on field against cupcake opponents, gives them incentive to work hard during their redshirt year, etc.

I love it. Mullen handled it great this year.

Just looking thtough the lineup, does anyone know why Antonneous Clayton hasn't been playing? I thought he was going to be the next big thing.

To be blunt, I think he’s dumb. Can’t figure out the playbook, doesn’t give effort, and will be gone by the time spring ball rolls around. I imagine we’ll have several transfers.
