Got to asking questions to be sure and got the wrong answer. UF pulled their offer and flew back.

Look, guys. This is what I'm going to say:
How do you guys think that multiple people from multiple sources have gotten so many things right up until this point? I understand you guys have been beaten into not believing good things can happen to us -- but look at it this way.
You don't fly every big staff member out to New Hampshire on a Sunday unless you are very confident with what you have. It's very possible that we didn't sign a contract, but I think it's more likely that we went out and gave him official promises for the contract for him to look over the next week. That's my least optimistic outlook on all this because I'm still at 98% he's coming to Florida.
How do you guys think the son of the director of the UAA got hold of Chip Kelly signing a contract?
Buddy also predicted it, and knew where the plane would be returning and also said that they had signed a contract.

I'm not all panicky and most likely the deal is done. He's interested and we are too. We meet and discuss terms, verify, meet again.
Check things over again and everything is good. That's my thoughts anyways.

100% what happened, but it's not just that:
We're waiting to sign off on it to make sure that we're not liable for the buyout to pay him.
That's why we're waiting until the official end of the regular season.

I thought his buyout from 49ers was 6 million dollars a year ? Seems odd that this buyout would go by our season and not the 49ers.

The more I think about it, I don't think CK is coming regardless so we need to manage expectations. I think Frost is looking more realistic than Kelly at this point.
