Nick is a good reporter, but he took this way out of context.
Napier was referring to the defense as a whole, and mentioned guys not filling their run gaps, getting out of rush lanes, blowing a coverage, etc..
He wasn't signaling out Dean - although I'm pretty sure Dean's starting spot is in question now if hes playing like this.
