As far as I know, it's not happening at all.
Also, to the guy who said it wouldn't be hard to turn around UCLA football:
Weird, because in spite of top 15 recruiting classes it still hasn't won the conference since 1998 and hasn't been relevant for longer than that.

As I said before, UF is the best job available overall, but if you're worried about losing Chip to anyone, it's always been UCLA. The Jeff Fisher reports have to be somewhat comforting though if your hope is Chip.
I agree with Straws comments from earlier though... if Chip is a no go, this has been really poorly handled by Stricklin et al. Anything less than chip is now going to likely be perceived as a poor hire by most. Frost would be the next best thing (and IMO a better hire... but that's just me). If you land him, at least you got the guy you want. The rest of the staff will be very important though.

Personally, I prefer Frost -- however, we've got Chip and I'm pretty confident in it. I said before the FSU game, but I'm going to push it back a bit due to the implications of the game.
I'm almost 98% sure CK comes to Florida and I grow more and more confident day by day. A lot of these guys just don't understand how hires go. I've heard so many days and I always tell people: You won't know the exact day, so stop saying ''he's hired'' or something along those lines.

I don't put the cart before the horse. If Kelly is announced, I'll drive to Gainesville myself with a check and volunteer to help build the new facilities.
