Jones definitely isn’t the answer. I would play Griffin for the rest of the season.

Even though he was a freshman I kind of thought Jones would never be a good SEC level QB after that KY game last season. Something about how he reacted to pressure. If our young one is a project we have to get a good portal QB.

Announcers said Buster told em he had to simplify the offense for Jones to play

Never should’ve taken a snap tonight

Unless the line improves it doesn’t matter who the QB is.

Sumrall wants to please the fans with changes but the issue is these QBs arent going to win games without the run game clicking good.

Fact is some ppl were fooled by a 4th and 12 play vs Texas that is obvious now was pure luck.
I dont think that kid could hit that pass again if you put a gun to his head.

Vs Texas / UGA / OU
Jones is:
50 - 82 passing / 61%
5.8 yards per pass
2 td's / 3 ints / 2 in the EZ
Sacked 8 times
Offense avg 14 pts a game

Treon level bad

After halftime
5 possessions / 3 turnovers / Zero points

Fans: This defense sucks

Curious what happens with the KY game at QB. Does he start Jones again? I think he might and if I was a QB here I think I might rather get the start in the Vandy game than @ KY. I bet KY scores on us after that TN loss and them still controlling their destiny for a playoff spot.

I dont see how you can after the past few weeks. Jones had his chances to prove something and hasnt.
Not gonna play UK close by checking down every pass

I think KY is likely a bad situation for our limited QBs unless our running game takes over the game like TN did to KY. I fully expect Stein to expose our secondary a lot.

I'm here. Players and coaches have given up on the season. Major overhaul is needed. Secondary coaches needs to be replaced. Expecting at least 20-25 guys to enter the portal. Need to bring experienced players and have both compete for starting jobs at every position. Starters are just too comfortable and know they won't get replaced after a loss. Continue to recruit HS to develop.

As fans, we continue to support the program blindly and it just sucks. UAA has hidden themselves for all the frick ups these past 17 years. Having the facilities we have today during the muschamp years or mullen years would have put us in a different trajectory. But here we are with back to back G5 coaches. Not having a university president has allowed for an AD to continue with corruption and not being held responsible for the women's basketball scandal, nonetheless for allowing the football program to reach new levels of pathetic.

It's time to start holding university officials accountable for their actions. Stop spending any money on the program whether it's tickets or merch. They still don't want to play ball on NIL. They rather do things the old fashioned way. On the cheap. We are held hostage by one booster who gets to control the entire program for as long as he wants. And his construction company got the green light on stadium renovations. The rich get richer while the fans suffer with a terrible product on the field. This isn't about winning games anymore. It's all about making money.

If we don't see major changes in roster and coaches. It's time to end the support. We are in Arkansas and Nebraska territory. As long as the money flows into UAA. They will never change. This is just a cash cow. Milking it until it's dry. You think another head coaching firing and hiring will change it. Dream the frick on like we did with Kiffin. The real problem is the UAA. If 17 years isn't enough for some of you, then alright keep supporting like cowboy fans like they have been for 30 years. Pretending it's still the 90s. That's mental illness.

Enjoy basketball while we still have it. Golden will jump to the NBA as soon as he gets a chance to get away from this admin/booster drama.
