I know Long tweeted that out, but think this is just about wrapped up. Too many reputable sources saying this is very close to being done.

Don't believe it at all. Announcing for hire was slated for 11:00 on Thursday last I checked, but saying we haven't talked a contract to Chip Kelly is 100% bullshite.

Chip Kelly was 46-7 in 4 years as HC at Oregon. Those 7 losses ALL came against teams that ended up finishing Top 10 in the final AP Poll and ALL were 1 score games.
