What the frick was that. 3 timeouts. 2 minutes. We run 2 draw plays and say let’s go to the locker room…

Well. I guess there is one. His cocky arse holier than tho bullshite personality got the best of him. They got the ball to start the half why wouldn't you try to run a few plays and maybe score? That was just plane stupid.

He apparently tried to claim it was because the team needed to settle down or something similar. He is just bad for doing this late in the halves. Crazy considering all the 4th downs he goes for.

Which is absolute BS - Florida was notoriously good for attacking in the last 2 minutes of the 2nd Q.

What kind of D1 head coach doesn’t chase points with time on the clock and timeouts in his pocket because he’s afraid of a turnover? And then turns around and actually says that dumb shite? You think Emory and the rest of your QB room can’t read between the lines? They know you don’t trust them now. And if you can’t trust them at the end of the first half, then you definitely don’t in the 4th QTR with the game on the line.
A scared mentality is a weak one. Can’t live life afraid of something that may not even happen.
