Been wanting to see him for a while now. Bowman too. Mullen's obsession with seniority made no sense. Maybe there were other reasons why those two weren't seeing the field, but I don't trust Mullen's judgement at all when it comes to playing the best players.

I know its early but I just have a feeling this defense is going to be very good.
Now offensively I'm not sure at all I hope we can pick up some WR"s in the portal after spring. I think that is our weakest position maybe I'm wrong maybe it was just coaching last year was such a weird season. I'm so glad we play a top 10 team at home to open up the season if that doesn't motivate this team nothing will.

I wonder if that's a way of foreshadowing to expect a lot of guys to come in through the portal and that he and the assistants are going to engage in hardcore Portal Kombat in the next few months.

Just asking isn't cupp from aTm in the portal I think he was a former 5* TE in 19 or 20 cycle.

Thanks for the updates here. I haven't been paying much attention to the practices lately like I should.
As far as the Lingard talk I hope its true but I will believe it when I see it just like after the talk about him last Spring. I remember the Miami fans not being too mad when he left as they claimed he is a track speed guy that isn't ready for top defenses. They said he is the type to pop a 70 yard run on the 2nd stringers and the lower level schools you usually play early in the season however. If I was a betting man I think Wright will earn the most carries once he gets healthy.

It's mind blowing how thin we are at TE considering that, just 2 seasons ago, Pitts had a historical season and became the highest drafted TE of all time.
