I don't think it's anything football related -- or like he's been betrayed.

Maybe his girlfriend? Or he feels like everyone is attacking him?

Why would he possibly feel that way? All the Gator fans are 100% behind him, right, Straws?

The vast majority support him, a few sage and wise fans see through inflated stats and playing the victim cards that he's exhausting.

No QB has ever had 100% fan support, Driskel didn't. Harris didn't. Brantley didn't. shite, people still talk shite about Grier. "He wasn't that great." Luke Del Rio lol.

Part of the game, wish some people understood that.

Should be, but maybe he thinks he locked the job down with his play towards the end. Who knows? I guess we'll find out when his name goes in the portal

Nah, no way that's what happened. There is literally zero smoke to make this football related...but...

He's been known to sort of overreact to stuff, so I mean, I guess it could be? Something tells me that it's just him expressing how he felt.

Maybe CDM, informed him that he was gonna bring in Jalen Hurts.

That would be very interesting. Hurts would make us title contenders instantly.

I haven't seen anyone say with seriousness that they think Hurts will come to Florida.

I'm all for it, but I don't think it'll happen.

It makes strategic sense -- let Franks transfer at the end of this year, Emory or Jalen starts next year (like what will happen anyway) and by 2021 it's

Emory
Jalon
Richardson

However, I'm just not sure it will be part of the plan to bring in a new guy when Franks is pretty much getting the job done (these days).

I hope getting the job isn't good enough though. Getting the job done doesn't beat Bama or Clemson. It's passing by on average. We have to push for elite, or we are settling for second.

Mullen isn't going to have a 40 TD QB...he is a firm believer in the run game and the old fashioned ball control, which I personally favor.

But 32-33 TDs? Yeah that's within grasp. The main thing is for Franks to improve his run game and anyone can see the difference in 2017 to 2018. Protect the ball and let your play makers help you.

If Franks learns to hit the WRs in stride, he’d have 40 Tds. He runs enough to move the chains which is enough to keep defenses honest. But its a whole different can of worms when you have a QB who can break 40-50 yard runs instead of 8-15 yard runs

Tebow had a pretty high TD count and we were run heavy then as well

Dak Prescott 2014: 41 Touchdowns
Dak Prescott 2015: 39 Touchdowns
Tim Tebow 2007: 55 Touchdowns
Tim Tebow 2008: 42 Touchdowns

Like come on, Reel. We'll have multiple 40 TD QBs.

Are we talking about run/pass TDs? If so, then of course, but passing TDs alone?
