S&C coach to win coach of the year. Before he showed up we had lineman working out at planet fitness for fricks sake

Not only for that, but the injuries have gone down significantly. The few we did have weren't really because of bad S&C, just freak of nature bad luck plays to be honest.

This is the fewest injuries we've had in a decade.

Thank God. I was watching a USCe game a few weeks back and every time they’d scan by Jeff Dillman on the sidelines I started to break out in a cold sweat. I swear that guy single handedly caused our injury plagued season Muschamps next to last year.

From what I remember about Dillman was that he only emphasized Olympic lifts and didn’t taylor excersizes to more football type moves. Other S&C coaches around the country always said that was an odd approach.

He was better than Kent though. I think Kent was sleeping on the bench most of the time.

At the game yesterday, the difference in our team strength is obvious when compared to the way we looked the last couple times we played Michigan
